	Detroit Climate StrategyCity of Detroit
The Detroit Climate Strategy was created with input from residents, organizations, community advisory councils, and multiple City of Detroit departments. It serves as a comprehensive plan to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and build climate resilience, with the goal of achieving municipal carbon neutrality by 2050.


The aim of the project was to create a more accessible, visually engaging alternative to a traditional, text-heavy report that might otherwise sit buried on the City’s website as a PDF. Working within the City’s brand guidelines, I designed the strategy to make typically complex and formal language more approachable, using collaged illustrations to enhance storytelling. The collages were built using the breadth of the City’s photography library, combining color, texture, and imagery to draw readers in and make the content feel tangible and relatableAdditionally, an accompanying website was created to give the report an interactive digital presence, accessible via QR codes throughout the printed report, allowing readers to engage with the content in multiple formats and explore the strategy in more depth.

Under Good Done Daily, working with writer Nichole Christian and designer Amanda Weiss, we worked with Creating Opportunities to Succeed (COTS) to create a book that represented them, their accomplishments, and also served as an informational publication. COTS is a Detroit-based nonprofit organization, founded in 1982, that helps families experiencing homelessness and poverty achieve self-sufficiency.

	People Powered EducationThe Skillman Foundation Annual Report 2023
For the Skillman Foundation 2023 Annual Report, the Foundation wanted to experiment with a largely digital and social-media-focused approach, delivered through videos and graphics with&#38;nbsp;Randall Bruder. I designed the accompanying accordion-fold print piece, created specifically for their funders, to complement the digital experience while giving a tangible touchpoint that reflected the Foundation’s mission. The piece translates the digital-first concept into a physical format, balancing storytelling, clarity, and engagement in a compact, interactive design.
