A series of collages about Detroit’s industries of the past and shift into new directions in the future.
Concept
The pieces address how the industry has changed over the years, comparing and contrasting what it once was and what it is today. Each site or artifact photographed was matched with an archived photo from that location in the past, or a juxtaposition of artifact and archived imagery.
